Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery to the Tariro distribution points is included in the amount charged on the internet for your order. This includes order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We will deliver on a pre-published schedule to our distribution points. Your recipients will be notified ahead of time of delivery dates and times to various distribution points.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Tariro order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. A restocking fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned to the distribution point from which it was collected, on the date and time agreed for the return of merchandise. 

Please initiate an Item Return or Replacement request via our website so that you can obtain a Return Authorization Number, and also a return date and time.

Returning Gifts

When returning a gift, a Tariro Account Credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The Account Credit can be used for purchases from any Tariro warehousing facility, and online. 

Returning Merchandise by Mail

Please package items to be returned safely, and mail it with the return section of the packing slip you received with your order. On the return section of the packing slip, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Please allow 07 (seven) days for Tariro to process your return.
